Designing blisters

Feeder testing

Tablet feeders used on blister packaging lines are among the most functionally complex devices. Their operational stability depends not only on a properly designed and precisely machined structure, but also on correct assembly and the dimensional and shape consistency of the tablets being fed.
For this reason, every type of feeder undergoes a functional test at our facility before being shipped to the customer, using a specially designed testing machine. These tests help identify any potential defects and determine the optimal operating speed of the feeders.
